Flexibility

Welcome to the new flexibility class! As this class is only an hour, each week half of our time will be spent warming up the entire body and the other half focusing on an “area of the week”. This class teaches the importance of building strength in tandem with the flexibility for optimal health and longevity. Participants are welcome at any age or skill level and will find they benefit from the encouraging atmosphere of the group as well as individualized attention to problem/ project areas. As with any physical class, it is important that participants come with a willingness to challenge themselves but enough awareness of their bodies abilities that they can communicate with the teacher the needs of their individual body.
